  Four stars just because I can't give five to places that only sell unhealthy food... But the service was fine and the grossly unhealthy food tasted fantastic :)

  The food was fine but it took 15 minutes to get a $6 meal deal and as much as I don't like waiting worse than that was the service you could clearly see a dysfunctional team where one of the older employees couldn't stop shaking her head and muttering under her breath about something one of her younger coworkers did and proceded to scold the younger girl infront of customers. customers don't need to see that sort of behavior in the workplace

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
  
  They screwed up my order after I had already paid and then refused to fix it unless I paid the 32 cent difference. I'm not going to do another debit transaction for 32 goddamn cents to correct THEIR ERROR. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Terrible customer service
  Rather go to the one by movie theatre although they always mess up our orders. If your looking for good ice cream go to sonic wash in west Kelowna, frozen yogurt, make your own and super customer service!
