  2 for 1? Not exactly. 2 for twice the price. $43 for 2 pies with 3 toppings. Should have gone elsewhere.

  Got oil NOT pizza!! Oiyvay!! Now, I've been ordering from this location for 2 years and have been a moderately satisfied (c'mon - it's fast food so really can't complain except for price) although something should be said for having toddlers and small children around hot ovens. The pizza itself is loaded with toppings yes, but my reasoning for the review is that everything has gone downhill. Service is hit and miss. At times I'm not even acknowledged when I walk in .... I wait an extra 5 minutes before leaving the house because I now know my pizza won't be ready and this last pick up brought home an oil drenched pizza box (squeezed out just over a tablespoon of oil from a 3inch spot.....ewwww) and only live 4min from the store .... our plates were covered in oil and considering I had to wait for him to cut our pizza (yay!! they're hot for once and .... nope.) So they must've been sitting on the cutting board for some time.....(insert sarcastic tone here ) ....soaking up that yummy oil they slathered the pans with. I had to put the 2nd pizza on double layer paper towel which soaked up oil like a sponge and then back into my oven to try and crisper the drooped crust and heat it to what pizza should be. Time to find a new West Side pizzeria cause these guys have taken my money for over priced oil -er- pizza for the last time. And I agree wholeheartedly with other reviews.....false advertising for the "2 for 1" concept of what it is supposed to represent. $35 for 16 SMALL slices is so not worth it for bad pizza and service. They need to clean their store, get a babysitter for those kids and remove the "tip" option on their POS machine. It's no wonder they always have a hand written "for hire" sign in the window.

  First when you quote 20-25 min make sure the pizza is close to being ready at that time. Not just being started.
  
  Second, don't offer people their pizza for free for not being ready on time and not offer the same to the people standing right behind them who pizza is also not ready on time.
  
  Third, and most importantly, don't ever get aggressive with the customer when you have messed up. The manager was so confrontational that I walked out and drove away!

  Best pizzas I've ever had!
  I tried the Canadian and The Greek- And they were both incredible!
  20 minute delivery.
  Tons of cheese, hefty toppings and incredible taste.
